François-Xavier Souvay

Fundador, Presidente y Director General

François-Xavier Souvay es el fundador, presidente y director general de LMPG, Inc. En este cargo, supervisa la visión global, el desarrollo corporativo y la planificación estratégica, al tiempo que mantiene la reputación de LMPG de innovación y excelencia en la experiencia del cliente.

François-Xavier, un experimentado empresario, cuenta con más de 25 años de experiencia en el sector de la iluminación. A los 23 años, ya contribuía a grandes proyectos inmobiliarios comerciales en Montreal. Pronto fue contratado por una empresa de iluminación exterior con especificaciones, donde estableció una red de agentes y VARs en Canadá y Estados Unidos. Aprovechando esta experiencia, actuó como consultor para varias empresas de iluminación en toda Norteamérica.

En 1999, adquirió Luxtec, un comercializador de soluciones de iluminación diversificadas de grado de especificación y alto grado de valor añadido, y pronto encabezó la investigación y el desarrollo de LED. Centrado en la combinación de conocimientos tecnológicos innovadores con un sólido diseño industrial, fundó Lumenpulse en 2006. Desde entonces, la empresa se ha consolidado como el principal proveedor de soluciones de iluminación LED de calidad específica. François-Xavier tiene numerosas patentes a su nombre y es un reconocido líder de opinión en el sector de la iluminación LED. En 2015, fue galardonado con el premio EY al empresario del año en Quebec.


Peter Timotheatos

Vicepresidente ejecutivo y director financiero

Peter Timotheatos es el vicepresidente ejecutivo y director financiero de LMPG Inc, un cargo que ocupa desde 2016. Además de supervisar la estrategia financiera y la gestión de riesgos de la empresa, las responsabilidades de supervisión de Peter incluyen la tecnología de la información, los recursos humanos y los asuntos legales. Aprovechando sus 25 años de experiencia en funciones financieras y de asesoramiento, proporciona apoyo estratégico y operativo al grupo y es responsable de ejecutar su estrategia de fusiones y adquisiciones.

En 2022, Peter se convirtió en Presidente de Lumenpulse Lighting. Antes de este nombramiento, actuaba como Director de Operaciones, supervisando directamente las actividades operativas de la marca. Antes de su papel como Director Financiero de LMPG Inc., fue Vicepresidente Senior de Planificación Financiera, Análisis y Resultados, dirigiendo su grupo de FP&A y de Informes Financieros Externos. Antes de incorporarse a LMPG, Peter fue Director Financiero de JLD-Lague, un grupo independiente de concesionarios John Deere. Además, ocupó el cargo de Director de Desarrollo Corporativo y Planificación, de 2008 a 2010, y luego el de Vicepresidente de Finanzas, antes de convertirse en Director Financiero de Aveos Fleet Performance Inc en 2012. Antes de su paso por Aveos, ocupó el cargo de Director Financiero en BCE Elix (una empresa de Bell Canada) de 2004 a 2007. Además de su nombramiento como CPA y CA, también tiene un nombramiento de Analista Financiero Colegiado (CFA) y anteriormente tuvo un nombramiento de Valuador de Negocios Colegiado (CBV).

Peter tiene un diploma de postgrado en contabilidad pública y una licenciatura en contabilidad por la Universidad McGill. Es un experimentado profesional de las finanzas con una versátil formación financiera y operativa.


Jesse Lilley

Chief Commercial Officer EMEA and APAC, and Head of Global Marketing

Jesse Lilley joined LMPG in August 2023. In his role as Chief Commercial Officer EMEA and APAC, he will support and oversee commercialization, sales networks, and product management for the group in these territories. Additionally, as Head of Global Marketing, Lilley will be responsible for raising LMPG's brand awareness and reach worldwide. In collaboration with the brand Presidents, he will support the creation of comprehensive marketing strategies to fuel this growth. A familiar name for those who were present in the early years of Lumenpulse, Jesse was instrumental in the creation of the Lumenpulse brand image and its international expansion as Senior Vice President of Marketing from 2011 to 2017.

He holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Cambridge, and is fluent in English, Danish, Italian, and French.


Steven Soules

Vice-President of Human Resources

Steven Soules is the Vice-President of Human Resources for LMPG Inc. He joined LMPG in May 2023 and is responsible for all the human resources activities across LMPG Inc. and its business units. Steven is a highly diversified and engaged senior Human Resources Professional with over 25 year's progressive experience in various industries across North America. His pragmatic, action-oriented business approach to human resources has enabled him to successfully lead human resource teams through numerous change initiatives, mergers, and acquisitions, creating and implementing human resources road maps while supporting upwards of 3000 employees in multiple sites across North America. He is a team player focused on building relationships and enabling the success of businesses and people. 

 Prior to joining LMPG, Steven held various leadership positions in human resources with various companies, including Stella-Jones, BBRG, Aveos, FPInnovations, and Diageo. Steven holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources from Concordia University. 


Ken Bruns

Vice President of Global Product and Technology Management

Ken Bruns serves as the Vice President of Global Product and Technology Management, steering the convergence of expertise and innovation across our LMPG brands. With a focus on fostering collaboration among diverse brand product development teams, Ken orchestrates an environment aimed at harnessing synergies to their fullest potential. At the helm of his responsibilities lies the leadership in propelling existing technologies forward and shaping the trajectory of pivotal future advancements.

Previous to this role, Ken was Senior Director of Product Management for Lumenpulse, responsible for developing and maintaining the brand's global product strategy. Before coming to Lumenpulse and LMPG, he held positions as a Lighting Technician in theatre before moving into the manufacturing aspect of the industry. Ken graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Technical Theatre/Theatre Design and Technology.


Joshua Baker

Senior Director of Commercial Operations and Business Transformation

As Senior Director of Commercial Operations and Business Transformation, Joshua Baker drives essential initiatives across our brands. With a keen focus on maximizing business system performance, Joshua leads cross-brand projects aimed at leveraging our group's capabilities to optimize synergies. His responsibilities encompass the development of best practices, utilizing the diverse knowledge base of each brand.

Previously, Josh was the Senior Director of Customer Experience Support at Lumenpulse, overseeing all technical operations, from pre-project design through post-sales services and warranty support. Before joining Lumenpulse in 2011, Joshua worked as an Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager in the lighting industry. Joshua has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Lighting Design from Boston University and a Management of Technology Master of Science Degree from New York University. 


Reuben Bartlett

Director de Operaciones

Reuben Bartlett es el director de operaciones de LMPG Inc. y el presidente de Fluxwerx Illumination. Bartlett se unió a Fluxwerx en su inicio en 2011, fue nombrado director general en 2017 y luego presidente en 2019. Fue nombrado Director de Operaciones de LMPG en 2022, aprovechando su experiencia en el desarrollo de productos, operaciones y planificación estratégica en la ejecución del objetivo de la empresa de adquirir y apoyar el crecimiento de marcas de iluminación fuertes.

Reuben tiene más de 20 años de experiencia en puestos de liderazgo en varias industrias. Ha pasado los últimos 15 años en el sector de la iluminación ocupando puestos de responsabilidad centrados en la gestión y estrategia empresarial, la gestión de operaciones, la gestión de ventas y marketing, el desarrollo y la gestión de productos.

Reuben es licenciado en Comercio por la Universidad Memorial y tiene un MBA por la Ivey Business School de la Universidad de Western Ontario.


Rocco Masella

Presidente, Sternberg Lighting Inc.

Rocco Masella es el Presidente de Sternberg Lighting. Su espíritu innovador perfeccionará los procesos del departamento y mejorará el desarrollo de nuevos productos de Sternberg en sectores de mercado en expansión.

Rocco se unió a Sternberg Lighting como vicepresidente de finanzas hace más de 2 años, ayudando a construir un nuevo equipo de liderazgo donde ha estado involucrado en todos los aspectos de la planificación estratégica del negocio. La experiencia de Rocco en el negocio de la fabricación de luminarias abarca tres marcas muy respetadas: Sternberg Lighting, Exenia y Lumenpulse. Tiene la designación de CPA, CA y anteriormente trabajó en la oficina de Montreal de KPMG, donde fue contable senior en la práctica de auditoría de la empresa. Es también licenciado en Comercio y tiene un Máster en Contabilidad Pública de la Universidad de Concordia.


André Ohnona

President, Pa-Co Lighting

Andre Ohnona is the President of Pa-Co Lighting, having joined in 2018 as EVP before becoming President in 2022.

Prior to joining Pa-Co, Andre was a Principal at Staple Street Capital, a New York-based private equity firm. Earlier in his career, he worked as a management consultant with AlixPartners and a business analyst with Capital One Financial.

Andre holds an M.B.A from the Kellogg School of Management, a Masters in Engineering Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from McGill University where he graduated with Great Distinction.


Jeff Croskey

Chief Executive Officer, ALW

Jeff joined ALW in April 2019, as the CEO and member of the Board of Directors. Jeff was recruited by Prairie Capital from LSI Industries, Inc., a $450M+ publicly-traded commercial lighting and national retail display company headquartered in Ohio. As the President of LSI’s Graphics Division, Jeff initially led the strategy for digital and national branding solutions and was later appointed by the Board of Directors to the role of Chief Commercial Officer to lead LSI’s commercial operations for the Lighting, Graphics, and Technology segments under one office. Prior to joining LSI, Jeff was the Vice President and General Manager for Creative Sign Designs in Tampa, FL, where he helped the company achieve the Inc. 5000’s list for the fastest growing private companies for multiple years in a row. Jeff has held leadership and executive roles in operations, finance, and engineering for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, McNichols Company, Imagine International Inc., and Crestline Homes, He has also served in leadership roles on several industry and civic boards. Jeff has a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical/Astronautical Engineering from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Wake Forest’s Babcock Graduate School of Management.


Ann Schiffers

Chief Executive Officer, Vode

Ann Schiffers joined Vode June 2023 as Chief Executive Officer, following LMPG's acquisition of Vode.

She has spent her career engaged in many facets of the lighting industry for over 30 years including working as a lighting designer at world class design firms such as Fisher Marantz Stone, HLB and CBB before starting her own firm Ann Schiffers Lighting Design. She has also been involved in lighting education serving as a lighting professor at Parsons, NYSID, SVA and as an IES board-member. Recently, her experience in lighting manufacturing while at USAI (SVP) and FLOS (CEO) have helped her to design and implement sustainable growth strategies that have had lasting impacts on the companies she has partnered with. Her aptitude for strategic focus with products, sales and marketing have enabled design-driven lighting companies to obtain consistent and rapid growth while reaching their highest potential.

Ann holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental  Design with a minor in Biology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and a MFA from Parsons School of Design with thesis study on Architectural Downlighting with Edison Price and Philip Johnson archived at Yale University.


Patrick Robitaille

Vicepresidente de Ventas Canadienses e Internacionales

Patrick Robitaille es el Vicepresidente de Ventas Canadienses e Internacionales de Lumenpulse. Patrick es responsable de las actividades de venta de Lumenpulse en el Canadá y en los mercados internacionales. Con más de 15 años de experiencia en la industria de la iluminación, el Sr. Robitaille aporta una gran cantidad de conocimientos técnicos, creatividad, desarrollo estratégico de negocios y liderazgo.

Antes, el Sr. Robitaille ocupó varios cargos relacionados con ventas y marketing en Luxtec, entre ellos, Representante de Ventas, Director de Operaciones de Ventas y Director General. Luxtec fue adquirida posteriormente por Lumenpulse y, con la dirección del Sr. Robitaille, se convirtió en una de las empresas de iluminación de más alta calidad de Canadá.


Danilo Corri

Managing Director, Exenia S.r.l.

Danilo Corri joined Exenia in 2013 as Director of Sales and became Managing Director of Exenia in May 2021. Prior to this appointment, he was the Director of Sales, Italy for Targetti Poulsen Spa and was Chief Executive Officer at Esedra Spa (part of the Targetti group). 

With more than 20 years of experience in the electrical equipment sector with a particular focus on the lighting equipment market, Mr. Corri has a thorough knowledge of the European lighting market and its dynamics. 

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Commerce from the Università degli Studi di Firenze.
