Lumenpulse Appoints New Senior Management Positions
Lumenpulse Group is pleased to share the details of an internal reorganization which includes a rotation of managerial functions within the Lumenpulse brand, including the appointment of Mr. Jean Clermont as General Manager of Lumenpulse, and Patrick Robitaille as Vice-President of Sales, Canada, effective immediately.
Lumenalpha's point source architectural lighting and Lumenarea's outdoor area lighting have been merged under the Lumenpulse brand banner, the restructuring of management and the appointment of Mr. Clermont and Mr. Robitaille reflects Lumenpulse's continued commitment to quality and enhancing customer value.

Appointment of Mr. Jean Clermont as General Manager of Lumenpulse
As General Manager, Mr. Clermont will oversee all aspects of the Lumenpulse brand, including ensuring overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers, coordinating the development of key performance goals, ensuring the creation and implementation of the new business strategy in relation to broader organizational strategic and financial plan, as well as the development of tactical programs to pursue Lumenpulse's goals and objectives.
Mr. Clermont joined Lumenpulse in 2013 as Senior Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, where he oversaw manufacturing, logistics and Lumenpulse's supply chain. He has over 33 years of experience in leading supply chain operations with expertise in negotiations, demand planning, sales and operations.
Appointment of Mr. Patrick Robitaille as Vice-President of Sales, Canada
As Vice-President of Sales, Canada, Mr. Robitaille will be responsible for developing relationships with all Canadian manufacturing representative agents and for driving strategies that will meet and exceed Lumenpulse Brand's growth strategy. Mr. Robitaille's will also head the newly formed Corporate National Accounts Team, where he will oversee the management of sales and relationships for corporate customers of the Lumenpulse Group in North America.
Prior to this role, Mr. Robitaille held several sales and marketing related positions at Lumenpulse and Luxtec, including Sales Representative and Sales Operation Director. Luxtec, a subsidiary and representative agent of Lumenpulse, which, under Mr. Robitaille's management, became one of the most successful specification-grade lighting agencies in Canada. With over 15 years of experience in the lighting industry, Mr. Robitaille brings a wealth of technical knowledge, creativity, strategic business development, and leadership to his new role.
